Compliance Officer

Armstrong Knight is recruiting a Compliance Officer for a rapidly expanding, industry-leading second charge lending business.

This is an opportunity to join a growing company and help maintain high standards across its lending operations. You’ll work with colleagues across the business to provide practical compliance support, review processes and identify where improvements are needed.

The role will involve Monitoring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Reviewing customer files, processes and communications Identifying issues, recording findings and following up on actions Providing guidance to colleagues on compliance matters Disputes resolutions Supporting updates to policies, procedures and training as the business grow

Experience in second charge lending or mortgages would be ideal . We would also welcome applications from compliance professionals with relevant experience elsewhere in regulated financial services. You’ll need a careful eye for detail, sound judgement and the confidence to work constructively with people across the business.
