Mission: Do you come from a background in cultural mediation? Management of cultural mediation activities (guided tours, visit-workshops, stationary mediation.) Adapting content, attitude, and approach according to the audiences Oral ease, sense of communication, sharing, and exchange when facing diverse audiences Ability to capture the audience's attention Capacity for analysis and renewal of discourse Strong interest in arts and crafts, heritage

Profile sought: Hard skills:

• oral ease with all audiences
• languages: English, German
• competence in animation and mediation techniques, rhythm, content, pedagogical objectives
• knowledge of audiences
• real appetite for technical subjects
• ability to lead moving debates and/or demonstrative animations, or even to play the role of a fictional character
