Recruitment Specialist

At Armenian Code Academy (ACA), we provide high-quality, demand-driven tech education for everyone in the tech industry. We are looking for an organized and people-focused Recruitment Specialist to join our team. You will own the full hiring process for tutors and in-house hirings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the tech industry, and is comfortable managing many candidates and tasks at the same time.

Your tasks

• Source tutors and in-house candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, professional networks, and direct search.
• Use X-ray and Boolean search to find candidates who match specific roles.
• Write and send outreach messages to candidates and manage follow-ups.
• Screen CVs and profiles, and check candidates’ experience against the needs of each role.
• Conduct first interviews and intro calls with candidates.
• Coordinate technical interviews and trial lessons with practice leads and candidates.
• Lead in-house hiring processes from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers.
• Keep candidate data organized and up to date in the ATS.
• Prepare job descriptions, job posts, and other recruitment materials.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role (strong junior candidates are welcome to apply).
• Basic understanding of tech roles and the IT market in Armenia.
• Fluent Armenian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with LinkedIn search and outreach.
• Experience with X-ray and Boolean search.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Drive).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks while meeting deadlines.

Nice to have Experience using AI tools and automation to make recruitment work faster and more effective.
