Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creativity, enjoys testing new ideas, follows digital trends, and is comfortable taking responsibility for projects from idea to execution and optimization.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Develop and execute lead generation campaigns focused on achieving measurable business results.

Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

Continuously analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CPL, conversion rates, audience quality, and overall results.

Generate creative campaign ideas, concepts, hooks, and promotional approaches for different audiences and products.

Research and test new audiences, creatives, formats, messages, and advertising approaches.

Stay up to date with social media trends, advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices .

Monitor competitor activities and identify relevant market and content trends.

Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure they are delivered on time and with high quality.

2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager .

Experience creating and managing lead generation campaigns .

Good understanding of campaign metrics, funnels, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.

Ability to analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.

High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

Strong organizational and campaign management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
