- Ability to design and evaluate the architecture of payment systems and integration solutions.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing processes.
- Experience in team management and effective collaboration with different departments and external partners.
- Good knowledge of English and Russian.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions regarding complex technical problems.
- Ability to define priorities, distribute tasks, and monitor results.
