Middle .NET Developer

Your tasks

• Develop and scale high-quality Web API services.
• Optimize data access layers using EF Core for maximum performance.
• Integrate distributed systems using Redis for caching and Kafka for messaging.
• Ensure code reliability through automated testing and Peer Code Reviews.
• Collaborate with the team during Scrum ceremonies to deliver value every sprint.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Middle .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem, writes clean and testable code, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will be responsible for developing scalable Web APIs and optimizing high-load data interactions.

1. Core Expertise

• C# / .NET: 3+ years of commercial experience with .NET Core / .NET 5+.
• ASP.NET Core Web API: Deep knowledge of API design, Middleware, Dependency Injection, and security.
• Entity Framework Core: Expert-level knowledge (Fluent API, migrations, and performance tuning).

2. Architecture & Quality

• OOP & Patterns: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and practical application of Design Patterns.
• Architecture Plus: Knowledge and experience with Clean Architecture, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), and CQRS will be a strong advantage.
• Principles: Strict adherence to SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles.
• Testing: Mandatory experience with Unit Testing (xUnit, nUnit, or MSTest).

3. Infrastructure & Messaging

• Caching: Experience with Redis or similar caching systems.
• Message Brokers: Practical experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

4. Greatly Appreciated (The "Plus" Section)

• Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• NoSQL: Knowledge and experience with MongoDB.
• Optimization: Skills in Performance Optimization (query profiling and EF Core tuning).
• Advanced Testing: Experience with Integration and End-to-End (E2E) tests.

5. Methodology

• Agile/Scrum: Proven experience working in Scrum teams, participating in sprints, and contributing to daily stand-ups.

• Backend: .NET 8, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core.
• Data: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis.
• Messaging: Apache Kafka.
• Methodology: Agile / Scrum.
