Waiter/Waitress (Executive Lounge)

Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan is looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress in Executive Lounge with fluency in Armenian, English and Russian to join our growing team.

Welcome and acknowledge guests with a warm, friendly and professional attitude.

Provide attentive and personalized food and beverage service to guests in the Executive Lounge.

Set up, replenish and maintain food and beverage displays, ensuring availability and presentation meet hotel standards.

Serve food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages in accordance with established service standards.

Explain menu items, food and beverage selections and daily offerings to guests.

Communicate guests’ special requests, allergies and dietary requirements to the kitchen team.

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly and professionally to requests and concerns.

Maintain the cleanliness, organization and presentation of the Executive Lounge throughout the shift.

Coordinate with the kitchen and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Follow hotel policies, hygiene and food safety requirements and Marriott service standards.

Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian.

Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and pleasant manner.

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to service excellence.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing guest needs.
