SMT Engineer

1. Provide support for the setup of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
2. Environmental Management System (ISO14001) and IATF16949 for the development and improvement of product quality to meet customer requirements
3. Manage and lead the production, maintenance, and process engineering teams, as well as execute all production tasks to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5 years or more of experience in SMT and management systems
• Experience using YAMAHA machines
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge of customer quality requirements, quality principles / ISO / measurement skills (ISO9001, ISO14001, & IATF16949 if any)
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field; experience as an Operations Manager/Production Manager-SMT in the PCB-A business (SMT and THT)
• Able to travel abroad for work (USA)
