Warehouse Accountant - Silk Links

Record and monitor all warehouse transactions on System.

Review purchase receipts, stock transfers, sales deliveries, returns, and adjustments.

Reconcile physical stock with system balances.

Perform regular inventory counts and investigate differences.

Monitor damaged, expired, and slow-moving inventory.

Ensure all warehouse transactions are properly documented and approved.

Coordinate with the Warehouse and Finance teams to resolve stock discrepancies.

Prepare inventory and warehouse-related reports.

Assist with month-end inventory closing and reconciliation.

Ensure proper control over inventory movements.

Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in warehouse accounting or inventory control.

Good understanding of inventory accounting.

Good Excel skills.

Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is preferred.

Previous experience in FMCG, distribution, trading, or e-commerce.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work with warehouse and finance teams.
