Senior FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, customize, and support SAP FICO .

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Conduct workshops and liaise with business and technical teams.

Identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system enhancements.

Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and documentation.

Support SAP FICO implementation and enhancement projects.

Manage SAP authorization matrix in alignment with business roles and security standards.

Ensure effective integration with MM, PP, SD , and other SAP modules.

Work Mode: Fully On-site only (No remote or hybrid work)

5–8 years of SAP FICO experience.

At least 3 successful end-to-end SAP implementation projects .

Experience in at least 3 projects within industrial/manufacturing environments .

Strong knowledge of Accounting & Costing business processes.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA / RISE is a plus.

Good knowledge of Fiori, Material Ledger, CO-PA, Intercompany, Investment Management , and SAP integration with MM/PP/SD.

SAP Certification is an advantage.

Strong analytical, consultancy, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good command of English , written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and effectively within project teams.
