Planning Engineer

Monitors and Controls day-to-day operations of planning to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.

Prepares and modifies the BOM for all new products, current and reviewed through SAP, with the planning supervisor to be ready during production.

Creates purchase orders through SAP under the supervision of the planning supervisor to fulfill materials requirements.

Monitors materials availability through SAP and Excel sheets to fulfill production requirements.

Controls the daily production orders through SAP under the supervision of the Planning Section Head.

Follows up on the purchase requisitions through SAP and Excel to make sure the implementation of production plans is on time.

Prepares MRP reports for local and foreign materials every two weeks to fulfill materials requirements.

Moves and phases out materials to minimize them from inventory.

Follows up on a weekly production plan based on the monthly target to make sure of a smooth workflow.

Coordinates with other departments (operations, purchasing, quality, marketing) to ensure the implementation of production plans.

Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the planning department to meet the department's requirements, policies, and standards.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.

From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in planning (FMCG is preferred).

Fluent in English.

Advanced Microsoft Office.

Advanced SAP user.

Power BI User is a plus.
