Job description:

The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs (Air Handling Units), FCUs (Fan Coil Units), split units, exhaust fans, compressors, etc.

Inspect HVAC systems and components (motors, belts, fans, filters, refrigerant levels, thermostats, ductwork).

Diagnoses and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment. Repair or replace defective parts such as motors, valves, filters, pumps, and controls Monitor and adjust system settings to maintain proper operation and energy efficiency.

Record maintenance activities, test results, and repair logs.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime. Recommend improvements for system reliability and energy saving.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in repairing and maintaining mechanical systems, HVAC and air compressors.

Good at Maintaining Air conditions.

Good at pneumatic control system.

Aware of hydraulic control systems.
