Assistant Engineer

Able to assist in tender pricing of ACMV project/ Alteration& Additional Work.

1. Data Entry for the project material delivery, Bill ofQuantity and Tender Pricing.
2. Serves as liaison between the user and in-housecontractor on all ACMV related system.
3. Provide sizing and design of ACMV system (chilled water)for individual room
4. Coordinate with supplier / sub-contractor of the tenderspecification and obtain the quotation from them
5. Control and supervise workmen to make sure standards ofbuilding performance, quality, time and cost schedules, and safety arecomplied.
6. Responsible for keeping daily work record, includingadditional work claims to the clients and from the subcontractors
