About the company

ARLEE is a new contemporary kidswear brand being developed under PT Busindo Intigarmen. We are building a tightly curated wardrobe of elevated everyday essentials and distinctive silhouettes, with a strong point of view on what a well-dressed modern kid looks like. We are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist with strong creative instincts, a sharp understanding of social media culture, and the ability to translate a brand’s identity into content that is visually compelling, relevant, and commercially effective. This role will work closely with the Founder and the product/creative team to help build ARLEE’s social media presence from the ground up.

Your tasks

  • Develop and execute content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Build content calendars based on brand direction, audience insights, platform trends, and commercial priorities.
  • Own the end-to-end content creation process, including ideation, scripting, preparation, filming, editing, caption writing, and publishing.
  • Produce high-quality short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and other social platforms.
  • Create a balanced mix of brand storytelling, fashion and styling content, product education, entertainment, trend-driven content, soft-selling, and conversion-focused content.
  • Support the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, photoshoots, and other creative initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Fashion Product & Creative Lead to ensure content aligns with ARLEE’s visual identity and creative direction.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and translate relevant trends into content without compromising the brand’s identity.
  • Monitor content performance across metrics such as views, reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic, and conversion.
  • Use performance data to identify winning content and continuously improve future content.
  • Maintain consistency in ARLEE’s tone of voice, visual presentation, and overall brand image across social media.
  • Participate directly in content production and be comfortable appearing on camera when needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video content.
  • Able to independently shoot and edit social media content.
  • Proficient with tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar content creation and editing software.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content ideation skills.
  • Strong visual taste and an interest in fashion, lifestyle, branding, and contemporary culture.
  • Able to distinguish between content designed for brand building, engagement, and conversion.
  • Comfortable analyzing content performance and using data to improve creative decisions.
  • Strong written and spoken English, as ARLEE’s content will primarily be developed in English.
  • Proactive, resourceful, fast-learning, and comfortable working in an early-stage brand environment.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple pieces of content and projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to work on-site in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fashion (kids fashion preferred), beauty, lifestyle, retail, or other consumer brands.
  • A strong portfolio of TikTok, Reels, campaign, or branded social media content.
  • Proven experience growing followers, engagement, traffic, or sales through social media.
  • Experience with fashion photoshoots, campaign production, styling content, or e-commerce content.
  • Comfortable being on camera or acting as content talent when needed.
