Your tasks
Role Description This is a part-time Delivery Driver role based in Lagos and Ogun State and it's environs with an on-site arrangement. Day-to-day tasks include picking up orders from designated locations, safely transporting and delivering items to various Campuses in this locations, and confirming delivery details through mobile or digital tools. The Delivery Driver will interact with customers and those in authority in a professional manner, and maintain accurate records of completed deliveries. The role may also involve coordinating schedules with dispatch, reporting any delays or issues, and following all safety and traffic regulations while driving or operating delivery vehicles.
Requirements
- Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication and a helpful, professional attitude toward campus customers.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with familiarity navigating Lagos and Ogun state and campus environments.
- Reliability in time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfort using smartphones or delivery apps to receive orders, track routes, and update delivery status.
- Ability to lift and carry packages safely and follow workplace health and safety practices.
