Senior Site Engineer - Mechanical

- Supervise and manage daily mechanical site activities and installations.
- Ensure mechanical works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other mechanical works with site teams and other disciplines.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the technical office.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and productivity and prepare site reports.
- Inspect installations and ensure proper quality and compliance before consultant/client inspections.
- Identify technical clashes and site constraints and coordinate timely solutions.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant site experience in MEP, construction, fit-out, or related projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and mechanical installations.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read and coordinate MEP drawings.
- Strong site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating with consultants.
- Very good communication skills and good command of English.
