Senior Site Engineer - Architecture

- Supervise and manage day-to-day architectural site activities and construction works.
- Ensure execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other site disciplines.
- Review shop drawings and coordinate technical requirements with the technical office.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Inspect completed works and ensure proper quality and finishing standards.
- Identify site issues, coordinate solutions, and escalate critical technical or commercial matters.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are approved and properly installed.
- Support snagging, handover, testing, and project close-out activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- 5+ years of site experience in construction, fit-out, finishing, or related projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishing works and construction methods.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong site coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and work under demanding project schedules.
- Very good communication skills and good command of English.
