We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead daily construction activities for plumbing, sanitary, pumping, and fire hydrant projects, ensuring timely, quality, and safe completion within budget.

• Plan and coordinate daily site activities for plumbing, sanitary, pumping systems, and fire hydrant installation projects to meet project timelines and budgets
• Manage and allocate manpower and subcontractors effectively to optimize productivity and resource use
• Monitor project progress regularly to identify and resolve delays or issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout all construction phases
• Apply strong technical knowledge to oversee underground and above-ground pipe installation and pump system works
• Lead teams with clear communication, coordination, and problem-solving to achieve project goals
