Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand manpower and recruitment services.
- Identify new markets, clients and business opportunities through market research and industry analysis.
- Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition, market penetration and business expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, business partners and stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations and evaluate potential business opportunities and proposals.
- Manage business forecasts, budgets, targets and performance to achieve commercial objectives.
- Lead, coach and supervise the business development team to achieve performance targets.
- Prepare business analysis and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Strong experience in business development, market expansion and revenue growth strategies.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and market trends.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, targets and business performance.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills with proven leadership capabilities.
