Senior Fullstack Developer

Your tasks

• Lead the end-to-end development of the company's digital ecosystem from scratch, including system architecture, planning, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Work closely with the Director and management team to translate business objectives into technical solutions and establish the technology roadmap.
• Design, develop, and maintain company websites, internal dashboards, administrative systems, and business management platforms.
• Build secure document management systems and cloud-based storage solutions, including document uploading, sharing, access control, and data management.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, database architectures, and system integrations.
• Establish technical architecture, coding standards, development workflows, and best practices.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the development team, including task delegation, code reviews, project monitoring, and technical guidance.
• Oversee development timelines, project delivery, cloud infrastructure, system security, and application performance.
• Take ownership of the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from initial concept to production and ongoing optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, such as Team Lead, Technical Lead, or Engineering Lead.
• Previous experience in a startup environment, preferably building applications or systems from scratch.
• Familiar with Go (Golang), Node.js, and other programming languages.
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experienced in backend development, RESTful APIs, database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis), and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with cloud storage, document management systems, file management, and secure access control is highly preferred.
• Familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, application deployment, and system monitoring.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or internal business management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with the Director and management team.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
