Senior Civil or Architectural Engineer / Team Lead

We are looking for a highly seasoned Senior Civil or Architectural Engineer with 10+ years of solid experience to lead design reviews, manage large-scale site operations, and oversee team performance. You will play a vital role in project execution, client communication, and overall site management.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master's degree or PMP is a plus).

Experience: 10+ years of experience with a strong track record in senior or leadership roles.

Advanced expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project).

High leadership capacity and exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

In-depth understanding of technical submittals, contracts, and quality management protocols.
