Junior Architect / Architectural Designer

• Assist in preparing preliminary design concepts and presentations.
• Prepare and develop schematic designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and layouts.
• Contribute to design development and the preparation of coordinated architectural drawing packages.
• Revise drawings based on project requirements and feedback from the responsible team.
• Coordinate architectural work with other project disciplines.
• Adhere to project standards, design guidelines, and technical office procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Applied Arts.

• Recent graduate or up to one year of practical experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D design and visualization software is mandatory.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
• Precision, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and work within a team.
• Interest or architectural knowledge regarding healthcare projects, operating rooms, or cleanrooms is preferred.
