We are looking for a Production Digital Solutions & Applications Manager to ensure digital continuity between our industrial production means and to actively contribute to industrial efficiency. Your missions

1. Service Owner role for the Visual planning application, administration of the Visual Planning solution and its interfaces: Creation of user accounts, performance of periodic anonymization/archiving actions

• Installation of configuration updates and coordination with the info-manager for the installation of tool version upgrades and specific developments
• Regular monitoring to ensure data quality in databases or coming from interfaces with SAP and GDIQ and the maintenance of solution performance.
• Implementation of simple configuration evolutions (Creation and maintenance of master data, import/export contexts, global displays) Functional support: Analysis, qualification and prioritization of user requests
• Continuous maintenance/improvement of methodologies
• Resolution of problems and user requests when possible or guidance towards documentation or the person able to provide an answer
• Support for new units wishing to deploy the tool (provision of necessary information, preparation of necessary master data and data, coordination with TMA (maintenance) Coordination of the deployment of Visual Planning display on supervision
• Implementation of a community of practice or user club to maintain a regular meeting point with Key Users, to collect their requests/needs and to communicate/share best practices

Steering of configuration and product version upgrades: Preparation, facilitation and arbitration of requests in the change board

• Requests for validated evolutions to the TMA and/or the Visual Planning editor
• Organization and coordination of tests by Key users: non-regression, performance and new functionalities

Management of the TMA contract with the editor: Performance of a monthly contractual review

• Follow-up on the resolution of bugs and issues
• Arbitration, validation and prioritization of requests concerning minor and major evolutions
• Validation of UO (unit of work) consumption for major requests

1. Project manager role for the improvement of the Visual planning solution: Analysis of new needs expressed by users or upcoming ones in order to improve the solution, in exchange with Digital Process

• Constitution of a business case and preparation of a Gate 1

Profile sought Education: You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial computing or equivalent Experience: You have 5 years of experience in the fields of digital solutions and project management Technical skills: Skills in digital solutions / automation / Factory 4.0

• Knowledge of the Visual Planning tool (or failing that, other planning tools) and collaborative tools (Confluence, JIRA). Knowledge of SAP would be appreciated.
• Knowledge / understanding of issues related to workshop planning
• Knowledge of the organization and constraints of a production unit
• English required
