Your working environment You will work within the Advanced Numerical & Design Methods department of the ArianeGroup Solid Propulsion Engineering Center. Your role will be crucial in improving operational efficiency by promoting new numerical methodologies and ensuring the maintenance of scientific tools.

Your missions will focus on the structuring of energetic materials data and the development of advanced numerical methods and artificial intelligence.

What this position can offer you***Automate and secure data processing to guarantee its quality and reliability.

• Manage and optimize databases to ensure their maintenance and administration.
• Collaborate with business teams to meet business needs and maximize tool adoption.

Your missions***Design and optimize data pipelines Collect, transform, and integrate data from various sources (ERP, PLM, databases, internal systems, etc. Automate and secure data processing to guarantee its quality and reliability.

• Manage and optimize databases Ensure the maintenance and administration of database management systems Improve performance and guarantee smooth data exploitation.
• Collaborate with business teams Work in close collaboration with BI and Data Science teams to meet needs Involve end-users in the construction of tools to maximize their adoption.
• Ensure technological monitoring and innovate Stay alert to new technologies to propose increasingly high-performance solutions Contribute to the application of AI methods such as Computer vision on image analysis projects.

Profile sought***Education: Master's degree/Engineer in computer science or equivalent.

• Experience: Initial experience required as a Data Analyst/Data Scientist and in project management Technical skills Knowledge in Data Management Mastery of Python language Mastery of Applied Mathematics (surrogate models, uncertainty propagation, numerical optimization, data science, machine learning Knowledge of Image Analysis via AI would be a plus Certifications in data science or database management would be a plus Fluent English required

Located near the Bordeaux metropolitan area, the Haillan site brings together more than 1000 employees working on cutting-edge facilities serving our defense and civil activities. Upon your arrival, you will have the opportunity to visit some of them. The site has a company restaurant, sports facilities shared with other Aquitaine sites, and a dynamic CSE with many associative sections and associated benefits.

Arianespace launches are broadcast on site; a museum explaining the history of Ariane and the specificities of the parts produced in Haillan is also open and freely accessible.

The site is located in the AeroParc de Bordeaux. The 'Ariane' stop for buses No. 30 and 39 is located in front of the site. A secure car/motorcycle parking lot is also available for all employees.
