PROGRAM MANAGER (M/F)

OUR OPPORTUNITIES / MISSIONS As part of our projects in the aeronautics sector, we are looking for a Program Manager (M/F). The position is based in Roche-La-Molière. The proposed missions:

• Global and strategic management: coordinate all processes (development, production, purchasing, support, MCO) and arbitrate deviations to secure objectives.
• Planning and milestone monitoring: plan key deadlines, anticipate delay risks, prepare and lead milestone reviews.
• Dashboards and reporting: design key indicator monitoring, analyze variances, and ensure reporting.
• Change management: evaluate the impact of program/product modifications on costs, deadlines, and performance, then monitor their implementation.
• Client relationship and interface: act as the preferred focal point for contractual monitoring, requirements management, and preparation of client reviews.
• Serial delivery monitoring (Gulfstream & IAI): monitor the status of equipment deliveries, prioritize the production of critical items, and manage the impact on aircraft manufacturers.
• Cross-functional coordination: unite all internal teams (engineering, purchasing, quality, production sites) around program priorities.

REQUIRED PROFILE With an Engineering background, you have proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the aeronautics sector. You have knowledge of the "aeronautics program" profession. You master industrial program management, cost/quality/deadlines/performance management, planning and milestone management, indicator management, management reporting, risk management and action plans, cross-functional coordination, change management, client relations, and the preparation and facilitation of reviews. We are looking for profiles with a good capacity for decision-making and arbitration, negotiation, and managing complex situations. English is necessary for this position.

• Between 40K and 48K/ gross per year depending on the profile,
