INDUSTRIALIZATION PILOT FOR PRODUCTION MEANS (M/F)

OUR OPPORTUNITIES / MISSIONS

As part of our projects in the aeronautics sector, we are looking for an Industrialization Pilot for New Production Means (M/F). The position is based in Niort. The proposed missions:

• Maintain the project schedule and action plan up to date
• Pilot the production plan and ensure supply monitoring
• Act as the interface with the industrialization manager or project manager for schedule and action plan coordination
• Participate in technical reviews (Make or Buy, supplier monitoring, expertise of certification equipment, Critical Design Review), program milestone reviews (MER / DRL), and internal audits
• Review and validate definition files
• Perform the ballooning of drawings
• Create documents to produce or repair equipment (manufacturing files, CMM, control ranges)
• Create ranges in the ERP if necessary
• Ensure the status updates of articles in the PLM
• Initiate necessary and sufficient PPAP
• Conduct preliminary & detailed risk analyses
• Update various pilot files as they progress
• Perform necessary and sufficient reporting to alert in case of blockage
• Ensure compliance with the industrialization schedule for assigned activities
• Conduct project meetings

SEARCHED PROFILE

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrialization, you have a first experience in a similar position in the aeronautics sector. You have good notions of the SAP tool or other integrated systems. You know the environmental health and safety and quality rules. You have skills in industrialization project piloting. We are looking for rigorous, methodical profiles with good synthesis skills. English is necessary for this position.

• Between 35K and 40K/ gross per year depending on the profile,
