OUR OPPORTUNITIES / MISSIONS
As part of our projects in the aeronautics sector, we are looking for a Metallic Materials Engineer (M/F). The position is based in Roche-La-Molière.
The proposed missions: Management of the Materials & Processes roadmap:
- Manage the M&P roadmap related to manufacturing processes
- Lead actions associated with various themes
- Ensure monitoring of the progress of actions
- Identify and prioritize actions to be carried out
- Coordinate different technical contributors
- Ensure reporting to identified interlocutors
- Technical support to production:
- Analysis and processing of non-conformities
- Analysis of issues related to metallic materials, issues related to heat treatments, issues related to surface treatments
- Root cause analysis and proposal of technical solutions
- Support for corrective and preventive actions
- Support during investigations and testing
- Surface treatments and REACH regulation:
- Analyze the performance and compliance of surface treatments
- Contribute to the qualification of new processes
- Support teams during testing and qualifications
- Analyze issues related to REACH regulation
- Build the necessary technical arguments
- Provide technical support during exchanges with aeronautical customers.
- Materials and equipment in service:
- Analysis of issues encountered in service
- Analysis of feedback/experience
- Identification of potential causes
- Analysis of available data
- Proposal of technical solutions
- Formalization of recommendations
- Chemical conversions on aluminum:
- Technological monitoring of existing and emerging processes
- Contribution to studies and research work
- Participation in the development of new processes
- Contribution to qualification phases
- Analysis and synthesis of results obtained
- Laser marking and deprotection:
- Analyze issues encountered in production
- Contribute to the identification of influential parameters
- Propose optimization paths
- Support testing
- Contribute to the resolution of difficulties encountered by production
REQUIRED PROFILE
Engineer or Experienced Technician, you have a significant first experience in a similar position within the aeronautics sector. You have in-depth knowledge in the field of metallic materials and associated processes.

We are looking for dynamic, autonomous profiles with good interpersonal skills. English is necessary for this position.

- Between 36K and 44K/ gross per year depending on the profile,
