MATERIALS TESTING ENGINEER (M/F)

OUR OPPORTUNITIES / MISSIONS
As part of our projects in the aeronautics sector, we are looking for a Materials Testing Engineer (M/F) to ensure the conduct of several testing and validation campaigns (including the detailed definition of tests, their implementation, analysis and exploitation, as well as the drafting of summary reports).
The position is located in Bidos.
The proposed missions:
- Define and conduct priority tests on the realization of duplex deposition as part of Ni Sulfamate type repair deposited by electrolytic process + WCCoCr sprayed by HVOF. A part of this work will be synthesized and presented in a technical validation review.
- Define and conduct priority tests on the realization of duplex deposition as part of NiAl type repair deposited by HVOF + WCCoCr sprayed by HVOF. A part of this work will be synthesized and presented in a technical validation review.
- Define and conduct complementary tests for the development of deposition realized using the HVAF process. You will be in charge of defining the test plan, conducting the tests, and writing a summary report.
- Define and conduct complementary tests for various R&T studies on thermal spraying led by the laboratory. You will be in charge of defining the test plan, conducting the tests, and writing a summary report.
REQUIRED PROFILE
With an Engineering background, you have initial experience in a similar position in the performance of special process testing.
You have knowledge of surface treatment / heat treatment (NiAL deposition, Ni Sulfamate) and the type of deposition by HVOF and HVAF.
You master the drafting of documents related to testing (tracking sheets, test reports, characterization reports and procedures) and the drafting of test procedures.
We are looking for dynamic, autonomous profiles with good interpersonal skills.
English is necessary for this position.
