International Key Account Coordinator

ARI Foods is one of the largest Mediterranean food production companies in Europe. Its export activity reaches 100% of its production, and its products are distributed in more than 28 European countries. Our team is growing and we are looking for an International Key Account Coordinator for our facilities in Lakkoma, Chalkidiki. Our strength is our people, and we are looking for partners who share the same passion for evolution as we do. The position: You are the next member of the Commercial Department team. You are the key person for the company's communication with its most important customers. You are daily involved in creating long-term relationships of trust with customers, understanding their requirements and needs. What your daily routine looks like:

• You ensure the timely delivery of new product samples to customers
• You manage and prepare the company's new commercial activities
• You manage customer requests and assign the respective actions to the appropriate departments
• You act as a link in communication between customers and the company's internal teams
• You resolve any customer issues and problems, maintaining their trust in the company
• You monitor and analyze market and competition trends

Essential Qualifications: You are the person we are looking for if:

• You are a graduate of a Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing school
• You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position, though not mandatory
• You know English excellently; knowledge of the German language will be appreciated
• You have knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs
• You have excellent communication skills
