• Central Pilot: You control and prioritize complex customer orders across the entire value chain (from material receipt to final acceptance)✓ Digital Transformation: Development and management of a real-time control center for monitoring and optimizing the entire order flow✓ Interface Moderation: As a communicative link between Sales, Design, and the Workshop, you resolve conflicts of interest confidently and in a solution-oriented manner✓ Operative Control: Coordination of technical changes as well as special and system orders for timely processing✓ Functional coordination of a team, with the perspective of team leadership

Your profile

• Technical Foundation: You are an Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Technical Specialist/Master with a strong understanding of processes✓ Digital Mindset: Confident handling of ERP systems and a passion for digital planning tools (MES/APS) and data analysis.✓ Experience: You are familiar with the processes in a manufacturing industrial company (ideally large/small series or variant production).✓ Personality: You are a structured analyst with the necessary "bite" to maintain an overview and enforce decisions even in stressful situations.✓ Very good English skills in spoken and written form
