ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (GENERAL)

Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, fixtures, and installations throughout the hotel. Perform preventive maintenance of electrical panels, wiring, lighting systems, outlets, switches, breakers, generators, and other electrical equipment. Respond promptly to electrical concerns and maintenance requests from guest rooms, offices, and other hotel areas. Diagnose electrical faults and perform necessary repairs or corrective maintenance. Monitor electrical consumption and identify potential electrical issues or abnormalities. Conduct regular inspections of electrical panels, circuit breakers, emergency lighting, and other safety-related electrical equipment. Assist in the installation, replacement, and upgrading of electrical fixtures, wiring, equipment, and systems.

Qualifications/Requirements: Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related technical course. For an Electrical Engineer position, a valid PRC Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) or Registered Master Electrician (RME) license is preferred/required depending on the role. With experience in hotel, commercial building, facilities, or industrial electrical maintenance is an advantage. Knowledgeable in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, wiring, and electrical safety. Able to read and understand electrical diagrams and plans. Knowledge of generators, electrical panels, circuit breakers, lighting systems, and basic building facilities is an advantage. Physically fit and capable of working in different areas of the hotel and, when required, elevated or confined spaces.
