BUSINESS ANALYST

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and end users. Conduct interviews, meetings, workshops, and discussions to understand business needs and processes. Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements for IT teams. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), process flows, user stories, and other project documentation. Work closely with developers, project managers, QA teams, and other IT personnel throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. With experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role. Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and systems analysis. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of creating process flows, user stories, use cases, and business requirements documentation.
