Guest Service Agent / Front Desk Agent

1. Check in-Check out
2. Handle room reservations
3. Welcome customers and provide information regarding various customer inquiries
4. Provide services and assist customers in various aspects, such as calling GRAP TAXI, etc.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments

Qualifications: Male/Female, age not exceeding 39 years old At least 1 year of experience in reception Bachelor's degree or High Vocational Certificate in fields related to hotel management Able to speak, read, and write English Able to work in shifts Good interpersonal skills High sense of responsibility Able to work as a team and get along well with others Able to work well under high pressure Able to use WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT Ability to communicate in Chinese will be specially considered Able to work in shifts
