Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Management, or Accounting preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing (F&B/retail preferred).
• Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing/ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under targets and deadlines.
• Familiar with ESB System

Job Description :

• Handle purchasing processes based on operational needs and company budget.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers (price, quality, payment terms, lead time).
• Issue and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams regarding stock and material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and control purchasing costs for efficiency.
• Maintain complete purchasing documentation and coordinate with the accounting team.
• Prepare periodic purchasing and supplier evaluation reports.
