Site Product Quality Manager M/F

As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Product Quality Manager to join our Bonneville (74) site.**

Reporting to the Site Director and the Sites QHSE Manager, you will manage 2 employees, and you will be the guarantor of the conformity of products delivered to customers (specifications), the conformity and traceability of components and safety, the application of instructions, and compliance with airworthiness conditions.

Your missions will be:

• Ensure the application of control procedures defined by Quality to guarantee the performance of the control service.
• Ensure the application of procedures adapted to detected non-conformities.
• Handle internal non-conformities using the 8D method.
• Write control instruction sheets by product reference and acceptance reports.
• Establish a deviation that identifies the defect and the corrective solution.
• Cooperate and create a partnership climate between Control, Production, and the methods department for the acceptance of non-conformities.
• Ensure the interface with auditors and subcontractors.
• Drive the analysis of non-conformities through Quality tools in order to extract root causes (8D) and eradicate them.

• For products to be delivered: Identify internal and external non-conformities with the relevant department(s) and establish the corrective action sheet.

• Deploy the quality policy defined by General Management.
• Participate in the maintenance of approvals and certifications.

What if it was you?

• You have a Bac +3/+5 degree in the fields of Quality and/or technical disciplines.
• You have significant experience of 5 years in a similar position in the aeronautical or automotive industry.
• Your knowledge and technical skills related to surface treatments, metallography, turning/machining and materials and aeronautical standards are a plus.
• You master technical English as well as IT tools (Excel, Cegid etc...). You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and are organized.
• You master quality tools and processes (quality audit, 8D, ISHIKAWA, …), control methods, and the reading of plans and manufacturing documents.
• You have an analytical mind, know how to communicate, and enjoy teamwork.
