Your tasks

Reporting to the Site Director and as a manager of a team of 6 people, you will be responsible for ensuring the deployment of the Quality, Hygiene, Health, Safety, and Environment policy, as well as the application and compliance with legislation, rules, procedures, and memos regarding quality, hygiene, safety, and environment for the Bonneville (74) and Solliès-Pont (83) sites.

Requirements

Your main missions will be:

• Guarantee the proper execution of site-specific quality missions (airworthiness, supplier quality assurance, project quality, control)
• Respect and enforce obligations regarding quality, health, safety, environment, and group rules (ethics, safety, quality, finance, HR …) by explaining them.
• Make and take responsibility for decisions at your level and promote solutions
• Meet announced objectives and deadlines to achieve expected performance
• Prevent risks, identify and evaluate them, and ensure the implementation and monitoring of necessary corrective actions
• Define, implement, and monitor performance and activity indicators in order to consolidate them at the Group level
• Ensure the maintenance of the Quality system and the HSE system in accordance with standards / certifications
• Ensure compliance with regulations, normative requirements, and internal rules regarding Quality and HSE
• Drive the site's continuous improvement process across all aspects (airworthiness, supplier quality assurance, HSE, production quality, and where applicable, project quality)
• Frequent travel to be expected for the management of the two sites.

What we offer

What if it were you?

• You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in QHSE, and you have recognized experience of 8 years in a similar position in the industrial and aeronautics sector.
• You master the regulations and legislation relating to quality, safety of goods and people, and environmental compliance in our sector of activity.
• Reading mechanical drawings, 8D analysis, and the use of an ERP is mandatory
• You have perfect knowledge of internal frameworks, safety policy, and processes, as well as mastery of HSE tools and indicators.
• You are known for your sense of analysis and organization, as well as your ability to work in a team and your communication skills.
• English: B2 proficiency level (independent user - advanced level)
