Your tasks
To support the growth of our activities and the structuring of the Sales and Programs Department, we are looking for a Program Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic products related to our systems and equipment at our Valenton (94) site.
_Customer relations and program performance_
- Build a privileged communication channel with our major customers and ensure their satisfaction
- Synthesize customer expectations and information, and relay them to the appropriate internal contacts (and vice versa)
- Participate in the negotiation and renegotiation of commercial contracts
_Steering_
- Monitor the program business plan and anticipate strategic directions
- Ensure monitoring and reporting of the budget and schedule
- Manage risks and opportunities, anticipate crisis situations, propose and monitor action plans
- Propose trade-offs in complex situations
_Cross-functional coordination_
- Lead and coordinate all relevant departments (engineering, production, purchasing, quality, etc.) to meet customer expectations, without hierarchical reporting lines
Requirements
Master's degree - aeronautical / electronic / mechanical engineer
You have at least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager or in Project Management in the aeronautics industry (equipment manufacturer or prime contractor).
- You master cross-functional management and know how to coordinate multiple disciplines.
- You are recognized for your rigor, your analytical spirit, and your sense of responsibility.
- Autonomous and proactive, you know how to lead your topics from end to end.
- You are comfortable in customer relations and in demanding environments.
- You have a good level of English in a professional context.
- You wish to evolve in aeronautics, at the heart of strategic helicopter programs.
English: Proficiency level C1 (independent user - advanced level)
