Your tasks
The Project Manager - SAGE X3 Administrator will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the X3 ERP based on requests from various departments. They will respond to their needs while respecting standards, and will ensure the continuous availability, reliability, and security of data.
Main missions As a member of the IT team, you will be in charge of:
- Understanding user needs and knowing how to guide them toward software standards
- Analyzing requests
- Responding to user needs with the available tools
- Training users on new applications and new hardware
- Researching innovations and drafting specifications in response to DSI requests
- Ensuring the administration, maintenance, and configuration of applications in compliance with group processes (GED, ERP, Intranet, PLM ...)
- Performing technological monitoring to enable the implementation of new applications
Requirements
- You master SAGE X3, SQL databases, and configuration.
- You have perfect knowledge and expertise in operating systems, software, and IT systems.
- With a background in IT (Bac +3/+4), you have proven experience in a similar position.
- You have already participated in an on-site deployment, and your strong interpersonal and pedagogical skills greatly facilitated it.
- Your capacity for analysis and synthesis, organization, and compliance with IT security procedures is widely recognized.
- You have a good knowledge of industrial processes.
- English level B2
