front-end developer (M/F)

Our Client is a telecom equipment manufacturer specializing in network infrastructures. The company designs and develops hardware and software solutions for optical transport, access, and secure connectivity for telecom operators and enterprises. Its activities notably cover ultra-high-speed optical networks, access and routing equipment, as well as SD-WAN, SSE, and ZTNA technologies.

The position:

Missions

• Design, maintain, and evolve the interfaces and tools of the company's products.
• Develop and implement new features intended for users, in accordance with design and technical directives.
• Manage and maintain front-end repositories: resolve technical debt, keep dependencies up to date, and improve tools.
• Develop custom schemas to meet new project needs.
• Guarantee high code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and application responsiveness on all devices.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers from other domains, and within agile teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Environment

• Products: Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Features: Web traffic filtering, URL filtering, malware protection, SSL/TLS inspection, cloud application security, shadow IT detection, data protection for SaaS environments, advanced threat detection, sensitive data protection on web traffic and cloud applications.

• Front-end code quality, reduction of technical debt, updating dependencies, improvement of custom development tools, performance, accessibility, application responsiveness on all devices.

Profile sought:

Profile sought

• Minimum 5 years of experience exclusively in front-end development (full-stack profiles considered with at least 7 to 10 years of overall experience).
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining production-level web interfaces.

Required skills

• Advanced mastery of native JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid experience in HTML and CSS/SCSS for creating responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Solid mastery of Git for version control and code collaboration.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization tools and browser debugging.
• Full autonomy in managing complex technical tasks.
• Exceptional rigor and attention to detail for clean and maintainable code.
