Become a Banker/Private Client Management Direction

The program offers an opportunity for young people who possess excellent command of English and Russian languages and do not have work experience in the financial-banking system to:

gain practical knowledge regarding banking operations,

interact practically with the Private Client Management direction,

become familiar with Bank-Customer Relations,

become familiar with the principles and procedures of the organization of services provided by the Bank,

after the completion of the Program, have a higher level of readiness to participate in competitions announced by the Bank for relevant vacant positions—having priority over persons who did not participate in the Program under other equal conditions.

Private Client Management

Young individuals without work experience in the financial-banking system who:

Possess excellent command of English and Russian languages,

Have higher education (at least a bachelor's degree),

Have graduated from University within the last 5 years (no more than 5 years have passed since the year of University graduation) or are in the final year of University,

Have demonstrated high academic performance during their studies.
