The Pre-training Program offers an opportunity to ambitious and high-potential young people without work experience in the financial-banking system to:

Your tasks

• gain practical knowledge regarding banking operations, become familiar with the principles and procedures of organizing the services provided by the Bank,
• acquire teamwork skills and work with the best specialists,
• become familiar with the bank's working style and business environment,
• learn and self-develop in the professional field, eventually becoming a highly qualified specialist,
• undergo a final assessment after the completion of the two-month program, where, in case of positive results, the highest-rated participant is given the opportunity to fill the vacancy available at that time—having an advantage over persons who did not participate in the Program under other equal conditions.

Requirements

Young individuals without work experience in the financial-banking system who:

• possess excellent English and Russian languages,
• have higher education (at least a bachelor's degree),
• have graduated from University within the last 5 years (no more than 5 years have passed since the year of University graduation) or are in their final year of University,
• demonstrated high academic performance during their studies.
