Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the project site. Ensure work quality and safety are not compromised throughout the project duration. Produce Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Work Method Statements (WMS), Risk Assessments, HSE reports, project scope briefings and other necessary documentation for each project. Facilitate site inspection(s) and monitor for compliance with HSE and/or any other relevant regulations. Conduct project meetings as the company’s site representative as required and prepares/ submits reports to seniors within the specified timeframe. Collaborate with Team Lead/BDM in the preparation of Scope of Works, Specifications and Cost Estimates for projects and/or preparing RFQs/RFPs. Work with the planner to produce weekly look-ahead for projects undertaken. Generally overseeing and managing daily operations on the site

Requirements:

HND/BSC in related Mechanical /Petrochemical Engineering and any other related Engineering field. Four (4) years in a similar position NEBOSH / or equivalent combination of training and experience. Project management and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings. Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks on project/s. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project). AutoCAD Possess an understanding of business-critical scenarios in terms of site management and safety.
