Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

Prepare technical proposals for project bids and tenders. Carry out project site inspections/feasibility studies, write a report on findings and give recommendations. Carry out pre-project site surveys to develop project design and eliminate and solve anticipated challenges to project delivery. Review project inspection and test plan (ITP), work method statement and safety policies with QAQC Manager. Prepare project schedule, Personnel Assignment plans, Equipment assignment plan, and procurement plan for the completion of all work described in the Contract Agreement per the Scope of Work and Technical Requirements. Perform engineering calculations and design scheme or project concept using computer-aided design (CAD) Prepare CAD drawings of site layout and position for equipment to be spotted on site. Ensure the project complies with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications. Coordinate site personnel, monitor progress, prepare and submit project reports, and maintain communication with various stakeholders to facilitate successful project completion Carry out parameter checks (gas testing, NDT) before commencement of operations

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience A minimum of a degree in a related field
