Job Summary Manage and execute R&D projects focused on product improvement and raw material evaluation while ensuring laboratory compliance, safety, and documentation standards. Responsibilities Manage and execute assigned R&D and raw material evaluation projects to drive product innovation and quality assurance Conduct product improvement initiatives and troubleshoot issues to enhance product performance and reliability Qualify raw materials by evaluating their suitability and compliance with project requirements Manage laboratory equipment by coordinating calibration, maintenance, and ensuring operational readiness Maintain accurate R&D documentation, including project reports, ISO records, and Green Label certification documents Support laboratory safety by implementing GHS standards and ensuring compliance with safety protocols Manage laboratory consumables by processing purchasing requests and coordinating service support Maintain R&D systems, including SharePoint records and project data, to ensure data integrity and accessibility Prepare weekly, monthly, and project reports to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders Support ISO audit activities by preparing documentation and facilitating laboratory compliance checks Assist the Regional R&D Head with additional R&D activities and projects as assigned This position requires working on-site five days a week.
