DOMAR - DOMARKA / HANDYMAN - HANDYWOMAN

Lopud 1483 is one of the most exclusive properties in Croatia available for booking stays and events. This 15th-century monastic complex has been renovated after years of exhaustive effort and is located a short boat trip from Dubrovnik. The unique location spans 5,000 square meters and includes a monastery, a fortress, and beautiful gardens. The complex contains 5 luxury apartments and one of the best private art collections in the world. A Domar / Handyman is sought. The working position is subordinate to the complex manager and includes a range of different activities related to the role of a domar / handyman. Required candidate skills:

• Good knowledge of the English language
• Possess several years of professional experience as a handyman in luxury hospitality
• Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail
• Versatility and flexibility
• Kindness, communication skills, responsibility, speed, and readiness for teamwork
• Professional manners and presentation
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Job requirements:

• High school diploma (SSS) preferred
• Several years of work experience in the same or similar positions required, minimum 2 years
• English language in speech and writing
