Transactions Legal Counsel - Investment Management Firm

A major Investment Holding firm is hiring a transactions Legal Counsel for the Singapore office where it is the Asia HQ. As Legal Counsel, you will work closely with PE professionals to support the execution and management of investments across the region. You will assist on PE and investment agreements for portfolio or potential companies at all stages of development. The AUM and portfolio is large, asset classes include equities, bonds, real estate and infrastructure assets as well as private equity investments. Responsibilities Support a broad range of cross border transactions- M&A, PE/VC and divestments Lead and manage legal workstreams for investments, acquisitions, divestments, and financing transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation, shareholder agreements, financing agreements, and related legal documentation. Advise on transaction structuring, regulatory/compliance requirements, and legal risk management. Qualifications Min 6-8 PQE, training acquired from a top tier international law firm. Top deal experience in PE, M&A, deal structuring Regional transactions experience will be viewed favourably
