Snowhotel Family is a family business offering unique experiences with snow and ice in Rovaniemi's Lehtojärvi and Santa Claus Village. The glass igloos and snow hotel with its restaurants certainly offer a memorable overnight experience surrounded by the northern lights and nature on the shores of Lehtojärvi. Snowman World, located in Santa Claus Village, invites the whole family to winter fun on a snow playground built from snow and ice. Also found in the village are Piparina's charming gingerbread cottages and an atmospheric restaurant, where customers can taste authentic Lapland flavors and rest in private gingerbread cottages during the day.

We are now looking for receptionists for the busy 20262027 winter season for Arctic Snow Hotel in Lehtojärvi, located about 25 kilometers from the center of Rovaniemi. Your diverse tasks will include reception work, such as guest check-in and check-out, assisting guests and telling them about the area, as well as other basic reception duties. Additionally, you will work shifts at the Arctic Snow Hotel visiting point, serving day guests by selling tickets and souvenirs and telling them about the area. You will work in cooperation with other departments to ensure that every customer always receives the best service.

Full-time work is available (112.5 h/3 weeks) from October-November until approximately the end of March. Other part-time work according to your own availability is also possible. In the terms of employment, we follow the tourism and restaurant industry collective agreement. The employment contract is concluded between Bondata and the employee; accommodation can be found in Lehtojärvi for a reasonable rent if needed!

Salary

Pay is at least according to the collective agreement, 14.31–15.43€/h. For all applicants, we also take previous experience and skills into account, so please state your salary expectation in your application.
