Snowhotel Family is a family business offering unique experiences with snow and ice in Lehtojärvi, Rovaniemi, and Santa Claus Village. The glass igloos and the snow hotel with its restaurants certainly provide a memorable accommodation experience surrounded by the northern lights and nature on the shores of Lehtojärvi. Snowman World, located in Santa Claus Village, invites the whole family for winter fun on a snowy playground built from snow and ice. Piparinan's charming gingerbread cottages and an atmospheric restaurant can also be found in the village, where customers can taste authentic Lapland flavors and rest in private gingerbread cottages during the day.

We are now looking for waiter-cleaners for the busy Christmas season 2026–2027 for Arctic Snow Hotel in Lehtojärvi. Lehtojärvi is located about 25 kilometers from the center of Rovaniemi. There are five restaurants in the area; in the Ice Restaurant and ice bar, drinks are served in vessels made of ice in a magnificent setting, without forgetting local delicacies. In Lumikartano, the main building, breakfast and dinner are served. In Kotaravintola, the centerpiece is a glowing fire, where salmon is grilled with delicious side dishes and a la carte dishes are served. In the Sky Bar, customers can sip various drinks while comfortably watching the northern lights through the skylights on the upper floor of the bar.

Your duties as a waiter include plate and buffet service, bar service, recommending food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction with your own valuable contribution. The waiter's job description also includes cleaning duties for the hotel area. In the cleaner's duties, you will work as part of the cleaning team, ensuring attractive and tidy accommodation units and common areas.

Full-time work is available for the Christmas season (112.5 h/3 weeks) from the end of November until Christmas. Part-time work according to your own availability is also possible! The work requires readiness to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. In the terms of employment, we follow the collective agreement for the tourism and restaurant industry; salary is according to skills and experience. The employment contract is concluded between Bondata and the employee, and accommodation in Lehtojärvi can be arranged if necessary.
