Do you want to work in the heart of Lapland and be part of an international tourism experience?

We are now looking for souvenir salespeople for our clients in Rovaniemi for the upcoming winter season. Jobs are available for the duration of the season – and for a good performer, there is also the possibility of permanent employment after the season.

As a souvenir salesperson, you are an important part of the customer's Lapland experience. You help customers find memories that will stay with them long after the trip.

Your tasks include:

• Customer service in an international environment
• Active sales work and upselling

• Cashier work
• Product presentation and maintaining the general appearance of the store

What we expect from you

• A joyful and energetic customer service attitude
• A sales-oriented mindset and initiative

• Good English language skills (other language skills are a big plus)
• The ability to work in varying situations and under pressure

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is considered an advantage
