Indirect Procurement Specialist (IT & Tech)

In your day-to-day you will:

Conduct sourcing processes, quotation, negotiation, and contracting in strategic IT categories (Hardware, Software, SaaS, and Cloud);

Develop and execute category management strategies aligned with the short and long-term corporate needs of the Technology area;

Negotiate contracts and renewals with strategic suppliers and hyperscalers (such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle, SAP, SaaS providers, integrators, and IT outsourcing providers);

Perform detailed TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analyses and market benchmarking to optimize costs in licensing, cloud consumption, and infrastructure;

Act as the technical interface between IT, Information Security, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and technical and contractual requirements;

Manage the contractual lifecycle — renewals, adjustments, addenda, and terminations —, actively monitoring contractual and supply risks;

Support governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives in IT contracting (including LGPD guidelines, cybersecurity, and business continuity);

Identify opportunities for value generation, innovation, and cost reduction with suppliers in the categories under your responsibility (Hardware, Software, SaaS, and Cloud).

To participate in our process you need to have:

Completed higher education in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;

Previous experience (6 to 8 years) in Procurement, with proven technical expertise in at least 3 of the IT categories (Hardware, Software, SaaS, Cloud, Telecom, Information Security, or Outsourcing);

A track record of negotiating relevant values and/or multi-year contracts, with strong proof of results in savings, governance, and risk management;

Experience in negotiating contracts with large technology suppliers (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle, SAP, telecom operators, among others);

Experience in international negotiations, with direct interlocution with headquarters, regional offices, and global representatives of foreign suppliers;

Fluent English, indispensable for conducting international negotiations and meetings;

Knowledge of software licensing models, Cloud and SaaS pricing structures, and preparation of TCO analyses;

Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes, contract management, and procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, or similar);

Analytical, consultative profile, result-oriented, and with excellent communication for interlocution with technical areas (IT and Information Security).

Differentials:

Specialization, postgraduate degree, or MBA in Procurement, Supply Chain, or IT Management;

Knowledge of the Procurement module in the SAP S/4HANA system;

Proficiency in Spanish;

Practical knowledge of basic concepts of information security, LGPD, and risk management in IT contracting.
